With over a decade of experience in high-end hospitality, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of roles—each one strengthening my ability to understand customer needs, manage teams, and drive operational excellence. Throughout my time in the industry, I discovered that what excited me most wasn’t just delivering great service, but finding creative ways to attract new customers and build lasting brand recognition.

That passion led me to explore marketing more intentionally. Alongside my professional career, I launched and managed an e-commerce business, which gave me hands-on experience with the power of digital marketing—from building a website and optimizing product pages to driving traffic through SEO and analyzing performance data. 

Motivated to deepen my knowledge, I enrolled in a structured digital marketing certification programs from Google. The coursework covered a wide range of topics, including SEO, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management. More than just a learning experience, it confirmed my commitment to the field and gave me a strong foundation to transition fully into digital marketing.

Today, I help businesses grow by improving their online visibility, attracting the right audience, and turning that traffic into measurable results. I bring a unique blend of real-world experience, business intuition, and a deep understanding of what drives consumer behavior—both online and offline.
